Wellness begins in the mind. As does the lack of it! In contemplating wellness, the absence of it does not necessarily have to be a constraint. The suitability of what we envisage and try to design is more dependent on lack than plenty. When the design modifies the valence of this lack, we tend to look for maintenance that is effortless. This is because we come to see that nothing whatsoever need cause consternation. This realization is a factor that reframes the perception of deprivation as well as abundance and regulating the absence of wellness becomes the contemplation of wellness!
Recovery and healing thus become independent of circumstances and in not needing them is true wellness.
