Our main emphasis is that suffering is inevitable. Acknowledging this is much more conducive to well-being than say ‘positive thinking’ or perhaps pursuing a course to generate happiness. Acknowledging suffering sets in motion the processes to end it. The other ways set up striving and perpetual inadequacy and seeking.
Allow us to show you how connecting with your pain and distress can actually be liberating and wellness generating. We aim to do this by putting up material that will impart the philosophy and modalities to work joyfully and enduringly with distress.
